What a great idea--love it! Thank you !

The interface is well thought out and is intuitive. The volume control and bass/treble balance controls function well as does the means to switch between hearing aid programs. The mute toggle button will mute both right and left hearing aids (puts them in standby mode) but does not reactivate them. To do that I must remove the right hearing aid and open/close the battery compartment (turns hearing aids off and on again). The battery strength indicator only works on my right hearing aid. I contacted the apps "help" people who said those functions should be working and advised me to contact my hearing professional. I will update after doing that.

I like the options of control s from IPhone still not sure of how to make full use of app , Ill keep tinkering with it till my next visit with the Audiologist. I was totally ripped off by buying top of the line aid 3800.00 bucks with battery charger 300.00 for that .

This ap does nothing meaningful to my hearing aides. The volume section does not significantly increase volume. Bass-treble slider makes no change in tone.

I am not 100% into what it can and cannot do,but I have grandkids that love to push Buttons and I was able to kind of reprogram it a little soi am happy with it. Hope to learn more on my next visit I love my hearing aids or just the fact I can hear anything at all! It has been years since I could actually understand the sermon at my church, thank you. I would be upset if I was taken advantage of the price as well but I will check into my pricing more carefully want to get a set for my Mom.

I think something is wrong with the new update. I keep getting the error message that the device volume is too low to adjust in app. Ive tried repeatedly to manually adjust my hearing aid and have also changed the batteries. Still the same error message. Can you check into this please. I have an iphone6.

Bass - treble control has no effect. Nice to have the visual scale for volume

Been using for about 2 months now. Works pretty well. Sometimes not sure what Im doing but app is easy to navigate.

App seems to crash. So do hearing aids. Have to re-boot phone and hearing aids. Should offer more user controls instead of having to go to vendor for adjustment. Overall I still hear better but not like I expected.

I have only used the app for a few weeks. This is a really good feature for hearing challenged. I had difficulty paring and needed the audiologist to use the bar code method. Why isnt the barcode provided with the instruction manual?

Cant do adjustments with app in car because iPhone blue toothed to car system. Also, cant adjust volume if in loud environment. Had to go back and program hearing aids to do volume adjustments. Basically worthless app.

i like this app and it is a great way to control your hearing aids.

A good app but has one problem. I also use easytek app but do not always have it with me so have touch control app as well. But I must reset the app every time I open it. The easytek app has capacity to be used without the Tek but it is buggy to and people recommended shutting that option off to solve the bugs. Great start and well worth having just needs work. Also needs on off button for aides

I have brand new hearing aids. They wont connect. My audiologist says lots of people have trouble connecting. Needs work

Amazing app, saved me a pile of money, I would refer this app to all those who need hearing aids, it works very well!!!!

No connection problems, easy and no need of bluetooth, wireless, etc

This latest version has lost the ability to adjust bass/treble balance. Why? Much less useful now!

The latest revision made the spatial configurator easier to use. I also like the bass/treble function which is particularly useful when watching TV or listening to music.

I just got the newest model of the Siemens hearing aid. With this model the app works just fine for volume and direction control. Everything else is controlled automatically by the hearing aid as set up by the audiologist. This new Siemens model is the first hearing that is truly useful to me after 20 years of trying. This app just provides a simple interface.
