The product is wonderful when it works. The problem is that it does not work much of the time. We pay more for hearing aides because we pay for the brand therefore we expect the app to work effectively.

This has proved to be something that has made my life easier and my hearing better controlled. Thank you for this.

This app is great for those with an eye problems. I have age-related macular degeneration in both eyes, small cataracts, and am trying to hold glaucoma at bay.

The idea of the spatial configurator is great it doesnt work well all the time. Once in my vehicle, the hearing aids pick up theres another Bluetooth device present, they shut down. Now its like Im wearing hearing protection until I shut the vehicle down and reset the hearing aids.

I was really happy to see this app finally arrive - however it crashes every time on my 6+ phone with 8.0.2

I downloaded this app after reading about the latest technology from Siemens. I was quickly disappointed that I cannot do anything in this app without having the appropriate paired hearing devices. There is no demo feature to test out the technology before I buy it.

I have three program set up. Every time I try to switch from program one to one of the others the program crashes and shuts down

was able to set up the app and communicate with hearing aids but every time we switched to program 2 from program 1 it crashed. Useless with the iphone 4s even though we are running ios8 and it says all is needed ios7

This app is extremely useful, I much prefer it to using the small switches on the hearing aids. No crashes and no issues pairing to the Pures as someone else has mentioned.

I use this app when Im without my easyTek. The touchControl app within the easyTek app is buggy. I would suggest for those folks having crashes to close out programs from memory on their phone. Once I started doing this problems were eliminated. Its a good idea to restart your phone every few days to clear out residuals from your system.

Potentially great app marred by a couple of big bugs. 1- If I use the EasyTek app, then disconnect and want to use the TouchControl app, the TC App doesn’t connect with the HAs. A full restart of the TC App AND the HAs AND reinstalling the HAs in the App seems to be the only way to re-establish the connection. That also means you have to rename all your programs from “Program x”. Very inconvenient. Siemens needs to fix this apparent bug. 2- No spatial configurator control like there is in the EasyTek App. The limited audio communications between the app and the HAs may be the reason the configurator function is missing, but even if you can’t see what the settings are, it would be nice to be able to send commands for the configurator from the phone. -Siemens also needs to do a better job of letting customers reach them for support. The app support link here just takes you to the Siemens corporate site-no links to customer support of the apps.

Easy to use, and even compatible with instruments that are non-wireless!

This app worked exactly once. No amount of opening/closing it, turning devices off/on, etc. helps. I wrote to them for help and never received a response. Good idea, but bad execution!

The app works OK but could be so much better. Very slow to boot. For such a simple app, the boot time is ridiculous. The graphics are very simplistic. I would prefer a dark background so it isnt so noticeable when using it in a movie theatre. Would also like more control to customize myself.

Overall the app does what its supposed to do but is very quirky. If you use Bluetooth devices or headphones with your phone they must be disconnected before being able to change your hearing aids. On a plus note it is very nice to be able to adjust the volume and settings in your hearing aid while in a meeting.

The spatial configurator is finally in the touchControl app and it works great! Just make sure to set it up under Advanced Setup. Thank you.

The hearing aids sound fine. My only complaint is with the recharging system which does not charge enough to get the advertised 16 hours of daily use.

Loving the spatial configuration! Wish I could control balance.

This is a great app but....when in my vehicle this app will not function, I get a error message that states "external audio connection detected" it further to states I need to disconnect my Bluetooth from my vehicle. I dont think this is what Siemens had in mind, if so I hope they rethink this. Hopefully this can be resolved in a future update.

Doesnt control the Spatial Configurator, but does the functions nicely.
